General Manager
Daniel Mendible joined Holcim Group in 2005. He has +25 years of experience performing leadership roles in Venezuela, Qatar, UAE, Switzerland and France. He moved to Oman in 2019 and took over as General Manager of Readymix Muscat LLC and Premix LLC in 2020 reporting to the Area Manager MENA region and to the Board of Directors. Daniel is graduated as Civil Engineer with an MBA in Finance both from Venezuela
Head of Sales
Anish was appointed as the Sales Head in 2021 and is responsible for driving sales and developing the business by engaging RMM' customers across the Sultanate. He is a postgraduate in Business Management from SIBM, Pune. Anish has been working for Readymix Muscat for over 10 years. He was previously associated with Khimji Ramdas, one of the oldest corporate houses in the Sultanate and has extensive knowledge and hands on experience in various roles including; Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Customer Experience Management.
Head of Finance
Faruk Ahammad joined Readymix Muscat and Premix as Finance Manager in January 2023. He has 17 years of experience performing different roles in Finance with different business sectors. Prior to this He worked with Lafarge Emirates Cement in UAE.
Operations Head
Santhoshkumar, working as Production Manger has been associated with Readymix Muscat & Premix LLC since 1991 and has served the organization in various Technical & Sales positions. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has qualified IOSH, LSA and ETE. He has over 3 decades of experience in Sales, production and operations.
Technical Head
Jojo George has started working with LafargeHolcim since 2001 after working 5 years in India and UAE. He is a civil engineering (B. Tech) graduate and is a member of Institute of Concrete Technology (MICT). Presently working as the Technical Head.
